 This is descriptive study aimed to study the impact of internet addiction among the students   of medicine - University of Bahri. The internet is a global computer network providing a variety of information and communication facilities, consisting of interconnected networks using standardized communication protocols. And (264) of student selected as sample size from total number of study population (782) student. The data was collected through questionnaires containing question regarding to the impact use of internet addiction, Data was analyzed by the statistical package for social science (SPSS). The result indicator that 100% of the student selected are use the internet and have the impact of health that explained25.8% said yes they are feeling tired in their back bone, 46.2% effected by finger during use the internet in the reasons of the writing, 61.3% that   show the students some times are feeling with effect in the neck, 48% impacted in eyes and 57% they said reduce the physical activity. The impact of internet among the social relationships showed 43.8% is high, 39.6% is medium affected, but they not affected represented 16.7%. And explained that disadvantage represented 38.3%. The study recommends to the World of Health Organization(WHO) and the ministry of health should be conducting the health education program to the students toward the impact of the internet. The World of Health Organization(WHO)must be recommended to the company of telecommunication to design the devices of internet to make the warning device to read the level of impact to the user. The user of the internet must be use the away control device during the use internet to reduce the impact.
                  هذه دراسة وصفية تهدف إلى دراسة تأثير إدمان الإنترنت بين طلاب الطب - جامعة بحري. شبكة الإنترنت هي شبكة كمبيوتر عالمية توفر مجموعة متنوعة من تسهيلات الاتصالات والمعلومات ، وتتألف من شبكات مترابطة تستخدم بروتوكولات اتصالات موحدة. و تم اختيار (264) طالباً كحجم عينة من إجمالي عدد طلاب الدراسة والمتكونة من (782) طالب. تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيانات تحتوي على أسئلة تتعلق باستخدام تأثير الإدمان على الإنترنت ، تم تحليل البيانات من خلال الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). واشارت النتائج أن 100٪ من الطلاب المختارين يستخدمون الإنترنت ولديهم تأثير صحي يؤكد ان نسبة 25.8٪ من الطلاب يشعرون بالتعب بسبب العمود الفقري ،وحوالي 46.2٪ من الطلاب تتاثر اصابعهم أثناء الكتابة علي الإنترنت ،ونحو 61.3 ٪ من الطلاب تظهرعليهم تاثيرات في العنق في بعض الأحيان ،وحوالي 48 ٪  من الطلاب تظهر عليهم تأثريرات في العين و نحو 57 ٪ من الطلاب  استخدام الانترنت يقلل النشاط البدني لديهم. ووصل تأثير الإنترنت في العلاقات الاجتماعية الي درجه عاليه وتمثل حوالي 43.8 ٪ من الطلاب ، وتمثل نسبة متوسط المتأثرين حوالي39.6 ٪ من الطلاب ، بينما تمثل نسبة الغير متأثرين  حوالي 16.7 ٪ من الطلاب. وكما تمثل نسبة العيوب 38.3 ٪ من الطلاب. توصي الدراسة منظمة الصحة العالمية بإجراء برنامج التثقيف الصحي للطلاب حول تأثير الإنترنت.كما يجب ان توصي منظمة الصحة العالمية (WHO) شركة الاتصالات بتصميم أجهزة الإنترنت تجعل جهاز الإنذار يقرأ مستوى التأثير على المستخدم. يجب أن يستخدم مستخدم الإنترنت جهاز التحكم عن بعد أثناء استخدام الإنترنت وذلك لتقليل التأثير. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
