 Verbs, one of the most important types of words, have an important place in Russian grammar, as in all languages. The perfective and imperfective state of verbs, which is a feature of the Russian language, is examined in many ways. The use of verbs as complete or incomplete and whether actions are repeated once or many times allows the meanings of verbs to be evaluated quantitatively. In the Russian language, just as all elements in the sentence are evaluated quantitatively, verbs are counted and calculated according to their meaning and structure. Quantitative evaluation of verbs in the Russian language is related to the singular and plural usage of verbs and whether the action is performed once or multiple times. It can be said that the quantitative evaluation of verbs occurs basically in three ways: The action itself, which is performed singularly or multiple times, the singularity or multiplicity of the performer of the action, and the set or quantitative uncertainty of the action objects. In this study, verb forms expressing the singularity or multiplicity of actions encountered in mass media, the singularity or multiplicity of the performer of the action, the multiplicity or quantitative certaintyuncertainty of the objects of action will be discussed. While analyzing quantitative values in verbs, concepts such as definite - indefinite quantity and definite - indefinite plurality will be distinguished and evaluated. The material of the study consists of verbs encountered in Russian mass media СМИ. Quantitative evaluation of verbs using the analysis and translation method will be examined in three important stages of language such as vocabulary, grammar and syntax.

 Sözcük türlerinin en önemlilerinden biri olan fiiller, bütün dillerde olduğu gibi Rus dilbilgisinde de önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Rus dilinin bir özelliği olan fiillerin bitmişlik ve bitmemişlik durumu pek çok yönden incelenmektedir. Fiillerin tamamlanmış veya tamamlanmamış olma durumu, eylemlerin tek seferli veya çok kez tekrarlandığına dair kullanımı fiillerin anlamlarının niceliksel olarak değerlendirilmesine olanak sağlamaktadır. Rus dilinde cümle içerisinde yer alan tüm öğeler hem nicel olarak değerlendirilmekte hem de fiiller, anlam ve yapılarına göre sayılmakta ve hesaplanmaktadır. Rus dilinde fiillerin nicel olarak değerlendirilmesi, fiillerin tekil ve çoğul kullanımları, eylemin tek veya çok seferli gerçekleştirildiği ile ilgilidir. Fiillerin niceliksel olarak değerlendirilmesinin temel olarak üç şekilde gerçekleştiği söylenebilir: Tek seferli veya çok seferli gerçekleştirilen eylemin kendisi, eylemin gerçekleştirenin tekil veya çoğul şahıs olması ve eylem nesnelerinin kümesi veya niceliksel belirsizliği. Bu çalışmada, kitle iletişim araçlarında karşılaşılan eylemlerin tekilliği veya çokluğu, eylemin gerçekleştirenin tekilliği veya çokluğu, eylem nesnelerinin çokluğunu veya niceliksel kesinliğinibelirsizliğini ifade eden fiil biçimleri ele alınacaktır. Fiillerde kantitatif değerler çözümlemesi yapılırken, belirli  belirsiz miktar ve belirli-belirsiz çoğulluk gibi kavramlar ayırt edilerek değerlendirilme yapılacaktır. Çalışmanın materyalini Rus kitle iletişim araçlarında СМИ karşılaşılan fiiller oluşturmaktadır. Çözümleme ve çeviri yöntemi kullanılarak fiillerin kantitatif olarak değerlendirilmesi kelime bilgisi, dilbilgisi ve söz dizimi gibi dilin önemli üç aşamasında incelenecektir.
