Abstract:

 :
This research paper aims to focus on the most important intellectual projects produced by contemporary Arab discourses, materialistic and historical, those imposed by multiple motives, perhaps the most prominent of which is the most prominent event in contemporary Arab history, which is the setback of June 5, 1967. When Israel waged a war against three of its Arab neighbors, which lasted for six days, during which the Arab parties were decisively defeated. One of the results of this war was great human and material losses, the occupation of large parts of Arab lands, and the destruction of the majority of Arab military equipment. Pens appeared for Arab thinkers who took this defeat as a step to review the Arab and Islamic heritage and history, and try to draw landmarks for an Arab philosophy of history that establishes the aftermath of the defeat. The "materialism" and "historicism" were among the things dealt with in this paper, trying to stand on their premises and the most important ideological foundations that drive them. Contemporary Arab discourse.
