 تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية واقع شركات رأس المال المخاطر ودورها في إنشاء وتمويل استثمارات المؤسسات الجزائرية عن طريق اخذ مساهمات في رأسمالها، واعتمدنا في ذلك على زيارة ميدانية لكل الشركات الممارسة للمهنة على المستوى الوطني، قصد جمع البيانات اللازمة حول مساهماتها منذ 1991 تاريخ نشأة أول شركة تمارس المهنة وحتى 2018.  وبينت نتائج هذه الدراسة الميدانية أن أغلب مساهمات شركات رأس المال المخاطر كانت في مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة ناشئة تنشط في القطاع الصناعي مما يجعلها قادرة على خلق القيمة المضافة وتحقيق التنمية. غير أنها لازالت دون المستوى المطلوب حيث تطورت مبالغ مساهماتها بشكل بطيء يعكس حداثة تقنية المشاركة وغياب ثقافة المخاطرة والمقاولة في الاقتصاد الجزائري. 
This research paper addresses the reality of venture capital firms and their role in establishing and financing the investments of Algerian institutions by taking contributions in their capital, and we relied on this on a field visit to all companies practicing the profession at the national level, in order to collect the necessary data about their contributions since 1991 the date of the first establishment A company until 2018. 
The results of this field study showed that most of the contributions of risk capital companies were in emerging small and medium enterprises that are active in the industrial sector, making them able to create added value and achieve development. However, it is still below the required level, as the amounts of its contributions have developed slowly, reflecting the modernity of the participation technique and the absence of a culture of risk and entrepreneurship in the Algerian economy.
