 هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف درجة التآزر الوظيفي لدى العاملين في المؤسسات الصناعية، دراسة على عمال مؤسسة الضياء لصناعة الآجر بولاية توقرت، و تأثير متغيري ( نظام التناوب و موعية الوظيفة ) على التآزر الوظيفي، و لتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي و ذلك بتطبيق استبيان التآزر الوظيفي أعده الباحث و تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية، و كان على درجة عالية من الثبات و الصدق، تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (50) عامل و عاملة، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن توافر أبعاد التآزر الوظيفي بدرجة متوسطة لدى موظفي مؤسسة الضياء لصناعة الآجر بتوقرت، و عدم تأثير متغير نظام التناوب ( فريق العمل بالليل و فريق العمل بالنهار ) و متغير نوع الوظيفة ( إداري، ميداني ) على أبعاد التآزر الوظيفي لدى عمال مؤسسة الضياء لصناعة الآجر بتوقرت، و انتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات التي تساهم في الإهتمام بالعمال من خلال انماء القيم الإيجابية .
The present study aimed at identifying degree of functional synergy among workers in industrial entreprises, a field study on workers of the Diya Brik Industry Corporation in TOUGGOURT, and a variable effect ( rotation system and job quality ). To achieve these objectives, the descriptive survey method was used by applying a job synergy questionnaire prepared by the resercher and whose seamless characteristics were confirmed and was of a high degree of consistency and whose seamless (50) employees. The results of the study showed that the availability of the average functional synergies of the employees of the Brick manufacturing organisation was in fluctuation, the impact of the rotation system variable ( the work team at naght and the work team during the day ) and the function type varible ( administrative, field ) on the dimension of the job synergy of the employees of AL-Diya Brick Industry, due to a variability in the job rotation system, and a variation in field team, and a variation of the study, ended up to the non-field team A set of recommendations that contribute to caring for employees by developing positive values.
