 الغش في المنتجات التجارية عموما والمنتجات الغذائية خصوصا افة من الآلافات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية القديمة التي نشأت مع المجتمعات البشرية الأولى لكن آثاره استفحلت بشكل يثير القلق والخوف في الوقت الحاضر، وما ينتج عنه  من اخطار واضرار على صحة المواطنين وحياتهم، بل واصبحت الافة تزداد  في مجال التجارة الالكترونية والتي تتم عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وظهور مشاريع صغيرة اخذت على عاتقها القيام بصناعة الغذاء وتصديره عبر الانترنت ووجود منتجين غي مرخص لهم في صناعة الغذاء وتزداد المشكلة صعوبةً وتعقيداً عندما يقف المستهلك عاجزا عن اثبات عدم سلامة المنتج الغذائي وعيوبه وبالمقابل يقف المنتج ايضا عاجزا عن اثبات سلامة منتجه ليأتي دور التشريع لوضع قواعد في الاثبات وطرقه تتماشى مع هذه الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة كتحدي جديد من تحديات الحداثة في الوسائل الالكترونية  ةكان لابد من التصدي لها لمعالجة المشكلة ووضع حلول لها حماية للمتعاملين وسلامة غذائهم عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعية في القضايا المدنية وتحقيقا لأهداف التنمية المستدامة.

      Fraud in commercial products in general and food products in particular is an ancient social and economic scourge that arose with the first human societies, but its effects have worsened in a way that raises concern and fear at the present time, and the resulting dangers and damage to the health and lives of citizens. The scourge is even increasing in the field of electronic commerce. Which is done through social media and the emergence of small projects that have taken it upon themselves to manufacture food and export it via the Internet and the presence of unlicensed producers in the food industry. The problem becomes more difficult and complex when the consumer is unable to prove the unsafety of the food product and its defects, and in return the producer is also unable to prove the safety of his product. The role of legislation comes to set rules of proof and its methods that are compatible with these modern technological means as a new challenge of modernity in electronic means. It had to be addressed to address the problem and develop solutions to protect customers and the safety of their food through social media in civil cases and to achieve the goals of sustainable development..
