 أخذت مسحات من البلعوم من 40 مريض مصاب بالتهاب البلعوم للفترة من (25/4 إلى 25/5/2017) زرعت العينات وشخصت العزلات باستخدام الاختبارات الكيمو حيوية ظهرت S.pyogenes بنسبة عزل 30% اختبرت الحساسية الدوائية للـS.pyogenes  وباقي العزلات السريرية وكانت العزلات الظاهرة حساسة اكثر للـ ciprofloxacin يليه Amoxicillin ثم Azithromycin كما أظهرت العزلات حساسية مقاربة لحساسيتها تجاه الـ  ciprofloxacinعند استخدام لمركب المحضر مختبريا 2-furancarboxylic acid, tetrahydro-5-oxo-ɣ-Butyra lactone-ɣ-carboxylic acid).
                  Pharynx Swabs were taken from 40 patients with Pharyngitis during the period (25 / 4 to 5/25/2017). Samples were cultured, the colonies diagnosed by the Biochemical tests. Streptococcus pyogenes isolated in ratio of 30%, the antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed on S. pyogenes and other clinical isolates. All isolates were more susceptible to Ciprofloxacin, Amoxicillin and Azithromycin successively. The susceptibility of the Isolates to Ciprofloxacin were approximately similar to it’s' susceptibility when using the laboratory prepared compound A(2- furancarboxylic acid,tetrahydro-5-oxo-ɣ-Butyra lactone- ɣ-carboxylic acid) the structure of the synthesized compound was confirmed by IR spectra.
