  هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الازدهار النفسي والتعلم المنظم ذاتياً لدى طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل والتعرف على مستوى الازدهار النفسي، ومستوى التعلم المنظم ذاتيًا لدى طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل، والكشف عن الفروق في متوسط الازدهار النفسي، وفي متوسط التعلم المنظم ذاتيًا لدى أفراد العينة، والتي تعزى لمتغيرات: (النوع - والتخصص) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) من طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل من الذكور والإناث، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الازدهار النفسي من إعداد عودة (2020)، ومقياس التعلم المنظم ذاتيًا إعداد بوردي (purdie (2003 تعريب أحمد (2007)، وللإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي والمقارن، وتم الاستعانة بمجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة ضمن برنامج spss، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الازدهار النفسي والتعلم المنظم ذاتيًا لدى طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل، ووجود مستوى مرتفع من الازدهار النفسي، والتعلم المنظم ذاتياً لدى أفراد العينة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل في مستوى الازدهار النفسي تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع، والتخصص) كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل في مستوى التعلم المنظم ذاتيًا تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع، التخصص)، كما أن الدراسة أوصت بعدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة العمل على تحسين استراتيجيات التعلم المنظم ذاتياً لجميع الطلاب، وتدريبهم على استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم المنظم ذاتياً بفاعلية، وعمل دورات تدريبية لهم لتنمية الازدهار النفسي لديهم، والعمل على توفير مناخاً أكاديمياً إيجابياً لبناء شخصية مزدهرة نفسياً، يُسهم في رفع كفاءة الطلبة المعرفية والانفعالية.

  The study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological flourishing and self-regulated learning among King Faisal University students, as well as to determine the levels of psychological flourishing and self-regulated learning. It also explored differences in the averages of psychological flourishing and self-regulated learning based on gender and academic specialization. The sample consisted of 400 male and female students selected randomly. The researcher used Ouda’s (2020) Psychological Flourishing Scale and Purdie’s (2003) Self-Regulated Learning Scale, translated by Ahmed (2007). To address the research questions, a descriptive correlational and comparative approach was applied, along with appropriate statistical methods using SPSS. The results indicated a statistically significant positive relationship between psychological flourishing and self-regulated learning among the students, with high levels of both observed. Additionally, there were no statistically significant differences in psychological flourishing or self-regulated learning attributed to gender or academic specialization. The study recommended improving self-regulated learning strategies for all students, training them to use these strategies effectively, offering workshops to foster psychological flourishing, and creating a positive academic environment to support students' cognitive and emotional development.
