Abstract:

Islam, “the Qur’an and the purified and honorable Sunnah,” honored the human being, and granted him rights that were not granted by him, and in accordance with the tolerant principles of Islam, the Islamic community’s “authority and leadership” was keen on honoring the human being, meeting all his needs, and allowing him to participate effectively and constructively in order to build the Islamic society. Help with the help, participate and interact with the issues of the community, and participate as much as he can and perhaps above what he can to present a unique model for the Muslim human being "effective community". Orphans are a category of the Islamic society, and the Islamic state took care of them, as an authority and patron, in order to meet their needs, appreciate them, and provide them with an opportunity for community participation in order to build society, which helped to emerge from them distinguished names. In the Ayyubid era, which was followed by the Mamluks, the social role became active, and even the societal contributions were active, especially in the Cairene and Damascene, Egyptian and Shami society in general. About orphans, and the aspects of care directed to them by the state and individuals in the era of the Ayyubids and Mamluks, this research paper will revolve, in an attempt to unravel the ambiguity surrounding this historical period in Egypt and the Levant, given the large number and repercussions of the successive political events on Egypt and the Levant in general. I hope to God for payment and success, and for this research work to be accepted and satisfied.
