 Changes in social and political areas have an impact on every aspect of life. The Constitutional Monarchy period is a literary period in Turkish literature that emerged with the change of power. The works of this period also include criticism of the previous period and reckoning with it. One of the subjects of reckoning is the spy organization. Spying has the distinction of being Turkeys first intelligence agency. This organization, which was established to protect the interests of the state, was after a while used for personal interests and caused harm to other people. Among them, Fehim Pasha, who was the head of the secret service and one of the most trusted names of Abdulhamid II, holds an important place. Two plays by Yusuf Niyazi Erdem, who criticized the pre-Constitutional Monarchy period in his works, are about espionage. In this study, the authors play Fehim Paşa Mezaliminden Hafiye Melanetleri Detectives Curses from the Fehim Pasha Cruelty was examined in the context of historicity and fiction. This work, which takes its subject from historical events and figures, has been evaluated in terms of fictional and real relationships.

 Toplumsal ve siyasal alanda yaşanan değişimler hayatın her alanında etkisini gösterir. Meşrutiyet dönemi, Türk edebiyatında iktidarın el değiştirmesiyle ortaya çıkan bir edebi dönemdir. Bu dönemin eserlerinde önceki dönemi eleştirme ve onunla hesaplaşmalara da yer verilir. Hesaplaşma konularından birini de hafiyelik teşkilatı oluşturur. Hafiyelik Türkiyenin ilk istihbarat teşkilatı olma özelliğini taşımaktadır. Devletin çıkarlarını gözetmek için kurulan bu teşkilat bir müddet sonra şahsi çıkarlar için kullanılarak başka insanların zarar görmesine neden olmuştur. Bunların arasında hafiye teşkilatının başında bulunan ve II. Abdülhamitin en güvendiği isimlerden olan Fehim Paşa önemli bir yer tutar. Eserlerinde Meşrutiyet öncesi dönemi eleştiren Yusuf Niyazi Erdemin iki tiyatrosu hafiyelik üzerinedir. Bu çalışmada yazarın Fehim Paşa Mezaliminden Hafiye Melanetleri adlı tiyatro eseri tarihsellik ve kurmaca bağlamında incelenmiştir. Konusunu tarihi olay ve şahsiyetlerden alan bu eser kurmaca ve gerçek ilişkileri bakımından değerlendirilmiştir.
