Abstract:

There has been a lot of talk in Algeria about global development, its factors of success, and its failure causes. Every thinker has his personal point of view on the subject. The late Dr. Abdoulah CHRIET is among those researchers who devoted much of their intellectual work to serve the development and culture which he has considered the great gate to global development in Algeria. But how many great men has been minimized by politics and put aside the history and vanished in silence, and buried in the shade, and has not benefit from the sun light which has shined on some Rai singers and belly dancers, in spite of what he has given to enrich the Algerian culture through the different mass media , like his intellectual records with the enemy of the fundamental school during the seventy’s as e linked the culture to education , the culture to ideology. According to him, culture raises the ideological awareness and the belonging to a nation.
The ideology is the road map where the man of culture moves thus the ideology will serve the culture so that the nation will get to the secure land. Therefore the relation between the ideology and culture is one of take and give, and this is what I am going to develop through this article in the frame of the documents of The National Liberation Front.
