 تقدم هذه الدراسة نماذجا من التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتقليدي في القرآن الكريم، متخذة من سورة يوسف الكريمة مجالا للتطبيق. تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة عن الأسئلة المتعلقة بمنع أو تقبل الإسلام للتخطيط للمستقبل، وعما إذا كان التخطيط ينافي التوكل أو الإيمان بالقضاء والقدر، وعما إذا كانت سورة يوسف الكريمة تتضمن نماذجا للتخطيط تشتمل على كافة مراحله. أهمية الدراسة تأتي من التأكيد على اهتمام الإسلام بالتخطيط، ومن تقديم نماذج علمية له لا تغفل الملاحظات والتفاصيل التي ترد في آيات القرآن الكريم. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على موقف الإسلام من التخطيط، وإلى الوقوف على نماذجه في سورة يوسف الكريمة بكافة مراحله، ومقارنة المراحل التي توردها السورة الكريمة بالمراحل التي يقررها علم الإدارة. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي لتصل إلى عدة نتائج، منها أن الإسلام لا يمنع علم التخطيط للمستقبل وأنه لا ينافي التوكل على الله أو الإيمان بالقضاء والقدر، وأن سورة يوسف الكريمة تتضمن نماذجا عديدة من التخطيط تشتمل على كافة مراحله، وأن الإعداد في سورة يوسف الكريمة يراعي الدقة، والتخطيط يهتم بالتعرف على سنة وشريعة المستهدفين، والتنفيذ يركز على الخطوات وترتيبها، والمتابعة تقتضي تقييم المراحل السابقة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالتعرف أكثر على موقف الإسلام من فروع علم الإدارة المختلفة، وبتقديم المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بهذه الفروع، في الإسلام عموما وفي القرآن الكريم خصوصا مع التركيز على التخطيط، كما أوصت بالاطلاع على كل نماذج التخطيط التي تتناولها سورة يوسف الكريمة تحديدا، من أجل أن يتم تحقيق المزيد من الفائدة.
                  This study is about introducing samples of "strategic and normal planning" in holly Quran, taking Surat Yousuf as a model. The problem of this study represents in asking questions about the acceptance or non-acceptance of planning in Islam, and about wondering if there is an inconsistence between planning and the trust on God (Allah) and the belief in fate and destiny, also about wondering if Surat Yousuf includes samples of planning that contain all its levels. The importance of this study comes from the confirmation of Islam in planning, and from the introducing of scientific samples which do not ignore the notes and details that mentioned in Holly Quran verses. The study aims to know the position of Islam on planning, and to recognize its samples in Surat Yousuf with all its levels, besides comparing the levels in Surat Yousuf with the levels in management. The study followed the inductive and deductive method and came to many results. Some of these results are; Islam accepts planning for the future and there is no inconsistence between planning and the trust on God and the belief in fate and destiny, Surat Yousuf includes samples of planning that contain all its levels, the preparation in Surat Yousuf considers punctuality, the planning does not ignore the rules and laws of the targeted, the implementation focuses in the steps and its order and the follow-up requires evaluation to the previous levels. The study recommends to know more about the position of Islam on the different branches of management science, introduce more studies about these branches in Islam generally and in Holly Quran particularly with special focus on planning, and taking notes of all the samples that provided by Surat Yousuf in certain for gaining more useful results.
