Abstract:

Tourism is one of the most important sources of national Income for many Countries of the world, but rather the first source for a Nnumber of these Countries. And its popularity implies a boom for a large Number of Industries feeding it, not less than seventy Industries. In addition to the Employment that it employs from many Specializations, it contributes to the treatment of Unemployment Problems that is one of the major Challenges for all Countries. Therefore, the State is counting on the tourism Sector to fix its budget Deficit, within the Framework of its Plans for achieving comprehensive Development. Likewise, for the Role that can contribute to the Reconstruction of the desert Regions with Tourism potential because of the enhancement of national Security on the one hand... On the one hand to relieve pressure on the Egyptian public, the state has enacted a number of legislations and laws in this regard beginning with Law 7 of 1991, and what It was followed by the issuance of this current Vision. In this Vision, the Priorities of Tourism Investment were determined in three Regions located in geographical Stripes: on the Red Sea, the Mediterranean and the Nile. These tapes are divided into five development Sectors (Red Sea, Ain Sukhna, Aqaba Gulf, Ras Sidr, Ras Al Hekma). Each sector includes development Units, which numbered fifteen. This Research has studied and evaluated these Plans from a geographical Perspective, through Questions about whether these development Plans achieve spatial justice, and express the real capabilities and Needs of these places, or whether they are biased. This is by studying a study of the governorates and planning Regions' shares of the targeted Tourism development volume, and studying the expected development Returns, employment Sources and possible discharge Rates from the valley and Delta governorates. Likewise, the question was about the Reality of the Numbers and Sources of financing to be allocated to achieve these Plans. Especially in light of the plan’s lack of mentioning International links and their future Effects. The research included six components, starting with the introduction, then the geographical Distribution of the Areas of Tourism development, followed by the geographical Distribution of the targeted Housing energy, and thirdly, the targeted workforce in tourism Development, and fourthly, the Cost of constructing the targeted Rroads in tourism Development, and fifthly the Investment Costs of tourism Development. In Conclusion, the results and Recommendations came in sixth, to finally finish with a list of Sources and References.
