Abstract:

Abstract:
The EU is an example of a successful integration experiment because it began its step-by-step path from a simple coal and steel economic union to a 28-nation European Union with a common foreign policy and security, and a European security and defense policy, although talking about a common defense was totally unacceptable at the beginning of the bloc,This was mainly due to the United States of America and to Britain, which was always reluctant to get out of American control. This rejection was later translated on June 23,2016, to the referendum for the purpose of withdrawing from the European Union, which joined its country in 1971,But despite this accession, Britain has always been a loyal ally of the United States of America and protector of its interests in the region, and Britain was not a full member by refusing to accede the Schengen area and work in the same currency Union, and this makes us wonder about the positive withdrawal of Britain.
