Abstract:

This study deals with the Mongolian invasion to the Khwarezmid state, the eastern gate of the Islamic World, and the reasons for the rapid collapse of that state before the successive Mongolian strikes and the consequences of that invasion. The study aims at highlighting the reasons for the Khwarezmid failure against that invasion and its consequences. The importance of the study comes from reflecting the destructive consequences of the collapse of the Khwarezmid state. As a recommendation the study invites researchers to make further studies on the bad relations of the Khwarezmid state with its neighbors and its effect on the non-cooperation with her during the disaster.
