Abstract:

The use of nuclear energy to generate electric power is an important and necessary endeavor to achieve sustainable development in light of the risk of depletion of the traditional sources of energy, but it carries with it many leak risks, such as the fear ofage of nuclear radiation into the surrounding environment, and also the risk of disposing of the waste resulting from it. Reducing the severity of these risks by investigating accuracy and precaution in the use of nuclear energy and disposing of waste according to the correct and safe modern methods, and this framework is only done within the respecting the international and national legal rules for dealing with the use of nuclear energy to achieve sustainable development while protecting environmental security.
