Abstract:

 تركز هذه الدراسة على بحث مسالة المواجهة التشريعية لجريمة السرقة التقنية، بإعتبارها أداة حاسمة لمكافحة إحدى صور الإعتداءات على حق ملكية القيمة المعلوماتية بإعتبار أن مفهوم السرقة كجريمة جزائية طالها التطور والتحديث وذلك بدخول تقنية الحوسبة والإتصال حياة الناس وإعتمادهم عليها في العديد من مجالات حياتهم، هذه التقنية التي أصابت نظرية الجريمة من حيث: طبيعة السلوك، محل الجريمة، ونص التجريم
وقد كان لزاما علينا البحث بداية في الإطار الواقعي للسرقة التقنية، لندخل من ذلك إلى رحاب المبحث الثاني لدراسة مدى تصدي الدول تشريعيا لجريمة السرقة التقنية سواء على المستوى الوطني او الدولي أو الإقليمي، وقد أنهينا البحث بخاتمة إشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات 
 This study on searching of the liquefied confrontation legislative for crime of the technological robbery concentrated, in considering her decisive instrument for struggle one of images the assaults justifiably ownership the valuable informatics In considering that the understandable robbery as criminal crime lengthened her the development and the update and that in technological incomes aalHwsbt and the communication life of the people and their dependency on her in several their alive domains, this technicality which theory of the crime hit with respect to: Nature of the behavior, in place of the crime, and text of the incrimination
 Already was imperatively on us the searching beginning in the realistic frame for the technological robbery, to enter thereof to spaciousness of the topic the second for study range of challenge states legislative for crime the technological robbery whether on the national level or international or regional, and the searching in end ended included on the more important results and the recommendations.
