Abstract:

The
purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between God Representation and attitudes towards disability. The sample group
consists of a total of 404 students consisting of 253 (62.3 %) women and 151
(37.7 %) men selected by the stratified sampling technique from the research
universe formed by the students of Cumhuriyet University. The findings of the
study have been analyzed with the help of quantitative analysis techniques and
independent groups have been analyzed using t-test and Pearson correlation analysis.
As a result of the current research, it has been determined that attitudes
towards God Representation and disability were positively attained by the
participants with high scores from both scales. Among the two mentioned
variables, it has been found out that there is a positive significantly
correlation between the attitudes of the participants with the positive God Representation and positive attitudes towards disability.
Additionally, when their average scores are considered, it has been found out
that both of the gender groups have had a favorable God Representation, and that the female participants, when compared to
the male participants, have been observed to have a significantly more positive
God Representation.

Bu araştırmanın amacı Tanrı tasavvuru
ile engelliliğe yönelik tutumlar arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Örneklem
grubunu Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin oluşturduğu araştırma
evreninden, tabakalama örneklem tekniğiyle seçilmiş 253 (%62,3)’ü kadın, 151
(%37,7)’i erkek olmak üzere toplam 404 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama
araçları olarak, Tanrı Algısı Ölçeği (TAÖ) ve Özürlülere Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği
(ÖYTÖ) ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları nicel analiz teknikleri yardımıyla çözümlenmiş ve
bağımsız gruplar t-testi ve Pearson korelasyon analizleri kullanılarak analiz
edilmiştir.  Araştırma sonucunda her iki ölçekten aldıkları
