Abstract:

The success of the organization depends on an effective strategy based on clear and defined purposes and objectives, where managers, as well as human resources departments and divisions, can use incentives as tools to motivate employees to achieve these goals and objectives as these incentives are essential approaches to workers' compensation. The motivations is closely linked to incentives, because the basis of the individual's motivation begins by trying to coordinate his motives with the requirements of the work, as long as the incentive systems greatly influence the individual decisions to accept and keep jobs, as well as maintaining certain levels of performance or to leave the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to study and analyze them as well as focus on their impacts continuously. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
