Abstract:

In studies of intertextuality, texts that an author interacts with are presented by the
efforts of reader, and also to what extent a poet is in relation with people contemporary of
him and with the writings of the past is discovered. As each text in a way related to other
texts and intertwined by the connections of other texts is constructed by reshaping the
tradition in a new whole, it also forms a basis for further writings on that sense. Thanks
to intertextuality, it is observed that texts survive either directly or by changing or being
transformed. In this paper, the issues conveyed from tradition by means of intertextuality
in the work titled “Su Burcu” by Hüseyin Atlansoy will be identified; the relationship that
modern poetry establish with tradition will be considered from this aspect.

Her metin başka metinlerle ilişkili, her metin başka metinlerin ağlarıyla
