Abstract:

Summary:
The fundamental principle of modern democracy and the theory of contemporary constitutional government is that the goal of the state is freedom, but that in order for the people to achieve this freedom they must govern themselves In other words, the laws that govern their practical life must come from their will For the interests of the people and to be an embodiment of them and because the supreme authority of democracy lies in the will of the people.
