 أصبح الحديث عن أهمية معايير الجودة في التعلم الإلكتروني ملازما للحديث عن التعلم الإلكتروني نفسه، وذلك لما تملكه معايير الجودة من أهمية في إنتاج تعلم إلكتروني متميز، من هذا المنطلق نبع هدف الدراسة الرئيسي وهو التعرف على الجودة في التعلم الإلكتروني عند تصميم المقررات إلكترونيا وفقا لمعايير سكورم، وصولا لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لوصف وتحليل المعلومات حول موضوع الدراسة، وذلك من خلال الاطلاع على الأدبيات في هذا المجال وتحليلها، ثم خلصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمهما الآتي: يجب مراعاة معايير التصميم التعليمي عند تصميم المقررات الإلكترونية مع ضرورة الأخذ بمعايير سكورم كنموذج لجودتها. الإفادة من معايير سكورم لتطوير التعليم من خلال تحديد دور كل من المعلم والمتعلم وأساليب التفاعل والتدريس عبر الشبكات. الاستفادة من الوحدات التعليمية المكونة للمقرر الإلكتروني وفقا لمعايير سكورم مرة أخرى في تصميم مقرر أخر، وتبادل ومشاركة المقرر مع أشخاص آخرين بسهولة وبدون تعقيدات تقنية.
                  The talk about the importance of quality standards in e-learning is related to talk about the e-learning itself; because the standards and quality of the importance of the production of e-learning is distinct, from this standpoint, The objective of the study, is to identify the quality in e-learning at the design decisions (SCORM) electronically in accordance with the standards, so as to achieve the objectives of the study. The researcher used analytical descriptive approach; to  describe and analyze information on the subject of the study, through access to the literature in this area and analysis, then the study concluded with a set of recommendations consist of the following: Educational design criteria must be taken into account when designing electronic decisions with the need to introduce (SCORM) standards as a model for their quality. Take advantage of the standards of SCORM to develop education through the role of each of the teacher and the taught methods of interaction and teaching across networks. Take advantage of the educational units in accordance with the standards of the Rapporteur email (SCORM) again in the design of another, and the exchange of the participation decision with others easily and without technical complexities.
