 شهدت مختلف التنظيمات الحديثة ثورة كبيرة في مجال التكوين لما لهذا الأخير من أهمية بالغة في الرفع من مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لكافة أفرادها، إذ يعمل على مساعدة العاملين على التزود بالمهارات المطلوبة لأداء وظائفهم و الزيادة من معارفهم و مداركهم لإتقان تلك الوظائف الموكلة إليهم، كما يعمل التكوين في الكثير من الأحيان على تعديل سلوكيات هؤلاء العاملين من أجل التأقلم مع كافة العمليات الاتصالية و التي لا تقوم المنظمة و لا يكتمل أداؤها إلا بواسطتها.
ولذلك تعد العملية التكوينية من أهم المقومات الأساسية التي تحتاجها تلك المنظمات على اختلافها، و الذي يساعدها على توفير الكثير من الجهد و التكاليف لبلوغ أهدافها.
فالإقرار بإيجابية تأثير التكوين و عموم فائدته على العملية الإنتاجية و على مخرجات تلك المنظمات ككل من قبل مسؤولي تلك المنظمات و القائمين عليها، لهذا كله نجد ميزانيات ضخمة رصدت لذلك، كما استحدثت برامج متنوعة للعملية التكوينية قناعة بأهميته البالغة و عائداته الثمينة.
و سينصب تركيزنا في هذا المقال على أحد أهم المؤشرات الحديثة المؤثرة على العملية التكوينية ألا وهي إدارة المعرفة، فمع سعي المنظمات الحديثة دوما للإبداع و التميز يجعل من تبني مفهوم إدارة المعرفة من استراتيجية لا يمكن الإستغناء عنها، فعمليات إدارة المعرفة تعمل بصورة تتابعية و تكاملية فيما بينها، و لذلك لجأ أغلب الباحثين في إدارة المعرفة على رسم تلك العمليات على شكل دائري متصل، و مع اتفاقهم حول هذه النقطة السابقة الذكر فإن الإختلاف بينهم يدور حول عدد تلك العمليات و ترتيبها و التسميات التي أطلقت عليها، و لعلنا نجد أهم العمليات الأساسية في إدارة المعرفة مثلا: تشخيص المعرفة، توليد المعرفة، خزن المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة و قبل ذلك كله تحديد أهداف المعرفة، حيث يجب أن يتم الإلمام بدورة الحياة الكاملة لإدارة المعرفة و عمليات الحصول على على المعرفة من مصادرها داخلية كانت أم خارجية و تصنيفها ثم تقييمها و خزنها، و العمل على تحقيق الفائدة منها و تحسينها و تطويرها، و يمكن حذفها حينما لا ترجى منها أية فائدة.
Various modern organizations have witnessed a great revolution in the field of training because of the latter’s great importance in raising the level of job performance for all of its members. In many cases, the behavior of these workers has to be modified in order to adapt to all communicative processes, which the organization is not based on and whose performance is not completed without it.
Therefore, the formative process is one of the most important basic ingredients that these organizations need, which helps them to save a lot of effort and costs to achieve their goals.
The acknowledgment of the positive impact of training and its general benefit on the production process and the outcomes of those organizations as a whole by the officials of those organizations and those in charge of them, for all of this we find huge budgets allocated for this, and various programs have been developed for the training process, convinced of its great importance and its precious returns.
Our focus in this article will be on one of the most important modern indicators affecting the formative process, which is knowledge management. With modern organizations always striving for creativity and excellence, adopting the concept of knowledge management makes it an indispensable strategy. between them, and that is why most of the researchers in knowledge management resorted to drawing these processes in a continuous circular shape, and with their agreement on this aforementioned point, the difference between them revolves around the number of these processes and their arrangement and the names that were given to them, Perhaps we find the most important basic processes in knowledge management, for example: diagnosing knowledge, generating knowledge, storing knowledge, distributing knowledge, applying knowledge, and above all defining knowledge objectives, where the full life cycle of knowledge management and the processes of obtaining knowledge from Its sources, whether internal or external, categorize, evaluate and store them, and work to achieve benefit from them, improve and develop them, and can be deleted when no benefit is desired from them.
