Abstract:

Hegels philosophical system, called Absolute Idealism, represents an effort to end the antinomies in the history of thought, with its claim to surpass its opposite by encompassing it. However, this system has also led to the emergence of views that oppose to itself. Although detailed studies have been conducted on intellectuals known to have been influenced by Hegel, there is no independent study on philosophers that define their position in terms of anti-Hegelianism. In this article, firstly, it is investigated whether there have been an attitude as Anti-Hegelianism in the 20th century political philosophy. Then, the criticisms of Eduard Bernstein, Bertrand Russell, Karl Popper and Friedrich Hayek, who were determined to be evaluated in this category, are examined.
