Abstract:

A person goes through three stages: childhood, adulthood, and old age. Childhood is the first and most important of these stages as it is the basic axis on which the human personality is built. Islam has given this stage of human life a great interest commensurate with its importance. The research tried to highlight that the rights of children before birth begin in the right choice of spouses for each other, and the care of the fetus comprehensive health, nutritional and psychological care. The research also stressed the need to establish a solid knowledge store for the rights of the child according to the Islamic perspective, based on a new reading, leading to a common and realistic understanding that is consistent with the changes of the modern era and its huge intellectual challenges. Herefore, it has become imperative to show the responsibilities that Islam cares about and urges towards education. In fact, it is a great, difficult and important responsibility that begins from birth until the child reaches maturity and becomes responsible, and this responsibility falls on the shoulders of the educator, whether he is a teacher or a father. The research confirms that the child has a flexible personality that can be formed in any way, depending on the environment and its influences, and this is confirmed by Islamic thought, whose origins are derived from the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as by modern psychological educational thought. Family affection is one of the most important mechanisms used by the Islamic educational curriculum in consolidating values and consolidating them in the child and training him to absorb them. Rather, it is the main entrance to training the child in obedience and moral commitment. The research focused on that the Islamic educational curriculum has an important role for family affection and considered it the real basis for social formation through marriage, and that its weakness or absence leads to the dismantling and destruction of family relationships.
