 يتناول البحث دور الإدعاء العام في هذه المسائل التي تخص العلاقات الأسرية ذات الأثر القانوني. وقد تعتري تلك العلاقات خلافات ومنازعات يرفعها المتداعون أمام القضاء الذي يتولى بدوره النظر والفصل فيها، ويبرز هنا للإدعاء العام دورا مهما ومحددا له في القانون، وذلك من خلال تدخله في الدعوى أو المسألة المعروضة لدى محكمة الأحوال الشخصية ابتداء وفي مرحلة الطعن لدى محكمة التمييز أيضا
                  This research investigates the role of the general allegation in the questions which have close relations to the family relationships that may have remarkable legal effects.   The family relationships may expose to severe differences that may lead the conflicted patties to raise before the specialized court, that have full authorization to deal with this claim and to issue a suitable judgment for it, therefore the general allegation which have its important and fixed role by the law will enact its role here throughout its intervention in the case which has been raised before the court of personal affairs at the beginning afterwards the stage of injuring the judgment the court of cassation too.
