Abstract:

At a time when some discussions were performed about the fact that the actual poetry
had died, emerging Ebru Poems discovered a totally new streak in Turkish literature:
Writing poems with regard to Ebruzen. This study is about “re-reading” the poem called
as “Gecenin Ebruzeni” (The Marble Artist of the Night), which is one of the most valuable
text found in Hasan Akay’s book, Ebru Şiirleri. In this study, it is not only the text taken to
the centre. At least the text author, the reader, the life in which it is lived, even other texts
wandering in friendly horizons are entitled to have a say on this issue. It is a necessity that
the true value and meaning of the poem be uncovered.

Gerçek şiirin öldüğüne dair bazı tartışmaların yapıldığı bir dönemde kaleme alınan
Ebrû Şiirleri, Türk edebiyatında yepyeni bir damarı keşfetmiştir: Ebrûzen nazarıyla şiirler
yazmak.
