Abstract:

The city of Oran and its environs is one of the cities in which the Ottomans left their imprint, how could they not, as it remained in the hands of the Muslims only a little, and despite this, many mosques were built in it, and the strange thing is that with the exception of the Beni Amer Mosque, which was built by Bey Bouchlaghem, all the other mosques were built, ordered, renovated or financed by the Bey Mohammed bin Osman al-Kabir, in which he had a hand.
