 ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تحليل وقياس أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف باعتباره احد المتغيرات المؤثرة في القدرة الشرائية إضافة إلى بقية المتغيرات الأخرى ، وتستمد الدراسة أهميتها في تقييم الأثر الواقع على القدرة الشرائية من خلال رصد التغيرات التي طرأت على معدلات التضخم كنتيجة مباشرة لتغيرات سعر الصرف، وقد استخدمت الدراسة منهج الحدود لاختبار التكامل المشترك عبر توظيف ما يعرف بنموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة، بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية للفترة (1990-2021).وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن تدهور قيمة سعر الصرف الدينار الجزائري أدى إلى زيادات متتالية في أسعار السلع ما انعكس سلبا على القدرة الشرائية في الجزائر إلى جانب عوامل أخري، ويفسر ذلك بان الاقتصاد الجزائري أصبح منكشفا على الخارج لاعتماده شبه المطلق على المستوردات في ظل تدهور الإنتاج المحلي وعدم كفايته.
Abstract : The aim of this study is to shed light on the analysis and measurement of the impact of exchange rate fluctuations as one of the variables affecting purchasing power, in addition to other variables. The study derives its importance from evaluating the actual impact on purchasing power by monitoring the changes that have occurred in inflation rates as a direct result of exchange rate changes. The study used the bounds testing approach to test for co-integration by employing what is known as the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, relying on annual data for the period (1990-2021).The results of the study showed that the deterioration of the Algerian dinar exchange rate value led to successive increases in commodity prices, which negatively affected purchasing power in Algeria along with other factors. This can be explained by the fact that the Algerian economy has become exposed to the outside world as it depends almost exclusively on imports in light of the deterioration of local production and its inadequacy.
