Abstract:

social dynamics and the performance of entrepreneurs. Furthermore, it highlights the ethical guidance provided by the division of labor and values to attain a sustainable balance between technological advancement and social engagement.Employing an analytical approach, the study investigates how the division of labor and values influence human behaviors and interactions within this context. The results reveal that disparities among various digital, environmental, and ethical factors may give rise to social pathologies, consequently affecting the long-term sustainability of entrepreneurial endeavors. Moreover, these imbalances are reshaping conventional roles and skill sets for individuals, groups, and communities involved in entrepreneurship.
