Abstract:

The map is of great importance in the studies and geographical research, because the map here is more accurate and characterized by scientific and it is different from the maps advertising, commercial and tourism. The maps of geographical research are a set of maps for a specific spatial and temporal area, in which sequence is required to determine the astronomical and geographical location of the studied area and then to display a set of maps of the study subject and analyze it geographically and reach the results. The errors in the maps of geographic research, the most important of which are: reliance on scientifically inaccurate basis maps, distortion of the map and change of the projection after the research, faulty coding and non-standardization of codes on standard bases, and the failure to fix geographical coordinates or fix the coordinates of the square, • Linear task to frame. It must pay attention to those mistakes and to correct them.
