In the beginning of 18 th century , it imposed on them some radical changes in its relations , the first transition from feudal slavery to capital system that needs working and skillful social category that has high levels of consciousness and qualifications to use modern techniques ;thereby, this was an evolution of the movement of workers and syndicates . The syndicate system is the backbone of work-movement of most of industrial and capitalistic communities in their modern time . It had contributed in improving financial and social conditions in work environment , forming the demanding thought in working class and trying to direct it to get rid of social rejection and class discrimination , all the way to make the administration of the institution participate in propulsion and the process of making the decision . Also, work-movement supassed important stages of its strifeful history that made it gain legitimacy with texts , covenants ,and juristic decrees to protect the worker and maintain his right of syndicate freedom.
