Abstract:

Mullah Khalil Siirdi is one of the important scholars who lived between 1750-1843 and he guided the scientific and intellectual life with his works and thoughts. With the scientific works he wrote, he attracted the attention of the madrasah members and scientific circles of his time and was influential in shaping the science and intellectual world of scholars and students. In this article, we have made the subject of Mullah Khalil's own works, examining his approach to “intermediate realm” by making use of other books, theses, articles, and article resources written on this subject. At the beginning of the article, we first gave brief information about the life, collection and works of Mullah Khalil. Then, we tried to determine the word and term meanings of ‘intermediate realm’ and concepts and the views of sects on this subject. The intermediate realm contains a human life from his death to the doom. According to Mullah Khalil, an evil human suffer from torment after his death in the grave. However, a believer has none sin gets a reward after his death in the grave. The cross-questioner comes near the dead man and debriefs him. According same Mootazila’s scholars there no torm and debriefing at all.

Molla Halil Siirdî, 1750-1843 yılları arasında yaşamış, hayatı, eserleri ve düşünceleriyle yaşadığı devrin ilim ve fikir hayatına yön vermiş önemli âlimlerden biridir. Yazdığı ilmî eserlerle kendi dönemindeki medrese mensuplarının ve ilim çevrelerinin dikkatini çekmiş, hoca ve talebelerin ilim ve fikir dünyalarının şekillenmesinde etkili olmuştur. Biz bu makalede, başta Molla Halil’in kendi eserleri olmak üzere bu konuda yazılmış diğer kitap, tez, madde, makale vb. kaynaklardan yararlanarak onun “Kabir Hayatı” konusuna yaklaşımını inceleme konusu yaptık. Makalenin başında önce Molla Halil’in hayatı, tahsili ve eserleri konularında kısa bilgiler verdik.
