 هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة وعي وواقع ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض كليات جامعة الطائف للكفايات التربوية في ضوء بعض المعايير القياسية، وتعرف أثر متغيرات الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، ولمعالجة مشكلة الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٠٩) فردا للعام الدراسي ١٤٤٠/١٤٤١ه، واستخدمت استبانة وزعت على العينة احتوت على جزأين و(٥) محاور، متضمنة (٨٠) عبارة، وقد جرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وأظهرت الدراسة أن درجة وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس ودرجة ممارستهم للكفايات الشخصية بدرجة مرتفعة، كما كانت درجة وعي أعضاء هيئة  التدريس بالكفايات المهنية والاجتماعية والثقافية بدرجة مرتفعة، كما كانت درجة ممارستهم  لتلك الكفايات بدرجة متوسطة، وكانت درجة وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكفايات الأخلاقية بدرجة مرتفعة جدا، وكانت درجة ممارستهم لتلك الكفايات بدرجة مرتفعة، كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول درجة وعيهم بالكفايات الشخصية والمهنية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وفقا لمتغير الجنس، فيما كانت هناك  فروقا حول الكفايات الأخلاقية، والفروق لصالح الذكور، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول درجة وعيهم بالكفايات الشخصية  والمهنية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وفقا لمتغير الخبرة، فيما كانت هناك فروقا حول الكفايات الأخلاقية، لصالح العينة (أقل من ١٠ سنوات)، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول واقع الكفايات التربوية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في ضوء المعايير القياسية وفقا لمتغير الجنس والخبرة.
                  This study aimed to know the degree of awareness and the reality of the teaching staff practice in some colleges of Taif University for educational competencies in light of some standard criteria, and know the effect of gender variables, years of experience, and to address the study problem, use the descriptive approach, The sample of the study consisted of (109) individuals for the academic year 1440/1441 AH. A questionnaire was distributed to the sample, which contained two parts and (5) axes, including (80) words, its validity and reliability were verified. The study showed that the degree of awareness of the faculty members and the degree of their exercise of personal competencies with a high degree, as was the degree of awareness of faculty members with professional, social and cultural competencies with a high degree, as was the degree of their exercise of these competencies with a medium degree, and the degree of awareness of faculty members with moral competencies with a very high degree, The degree of their exercise of these competencies was a high degree, There were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses about the degree of their awareness of personal, professional, social and cultural competencies, according to the gender variable, while there were differences about moral competencies, and differences in favor of males, There were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample about their degree of awareness of personal, professional, social and cultural competencies, according to the variable of experience, while there were differences about moral competencies, in favor of the sample (less than 10 years), there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of responses The sample of the study on the reality of educational competencies of the faculty members in the light of the standard criteria according to the gender and experience variable.
