Abstract:

The definition of
the sahıh hadith that is “the hadith
which is not obligatory and not obligatory is narrated by the narrators of hadith  who are the owner of the zabt and the raws
with a muttasil deed”. This definition has
largely solved the problems related to the first part of the hadith, the sened
part. But it is not possible to say such a thing for the text of the second
part of the hadith. We have proposed a new definition that will contribute to
solving the problem of authentic hadith that we are facing. In addition
to the criteria of the definition of the new authentic hadith, besides the
criteria of the definition of the verb, the Qur'an and the charity (the famous
and the ruling) are the Sunnah, the general principles of Islam, the scientific
data reached by humanity, the reason, the icma 'and the umumü'l-belvaya,
historical data, language rules and the criteria of the Prophet's mission and
position were included.

Kur’an’a ve ma’rûf (meşhur ve mütevatir) sünnete, İslam’ın genel esaslarına,
