 أن المقال جاء للتركيز على أهمية المقاربة الجديدة في التدريس ومدى فاعليتها لضمان الجودة في التعليم وهذا ابتداء من تخطيط درس التربية البدنية والرياضية. والتأكيد على أن التدريس بالكفايات يمكن الأستاذ من استخراج المؤشرات والتحكم فيها مما يساعد في البرمجة السنوية والفصلية. كذلك التعمق والشرح أكثر من خلال إدخال واقتراح تعديلات في الوثيقة المرفقة لغرض تطوير قدرات الأساتذة في فهم وشرح الوضعيات المختلفة. واعتماد طرق للتدريس مناسبة يخلق الأستاذ منها حالات ووضعيات الأشكال (جوهر المقاربة بالكفايات ومبدأها الأساسي)، وتسمح للتلميذ باكتساب كفاءات وإيجاد الحلول لإشكالات تكون صورة لوضعيات أخرى في المجتمع.
                  The article is intended to focus on the importance of the new approach in teaching and its effectiveness to ensure quality in education, starting with planning the lesson of physical and mathematical education, and stressing that teaching competencies enables the professor to extract and control indicators, which helps in annual and quarterly programming. In addition, it is possible to explain and explain more by introducing and proposing amendments in the attached document for the purpose of developing the abilities of the teachers in understanding and explaining the different situations and adopting suitable methods of teaching. The professor creates the situations and situations of the forms (the essence of the approach and the basic principle) and allows the student to gain Competencies and finding solutions to the problems of being a picture of other situations in society.
