Abstract:

 

The purpose of this research is to carry out examination and do an evaluation on the matters of match-fixing, cheating, influential contact and doping which are frequently brought to the agenda of our country nowadays. “Public Personnel Selection Examination, Judicial Judge and Prosecutor Nomination Competitive Exam for Lawyers, Police Vocational College Examination” are among the examinations canceled upon the claims of cheating. Our two football teams are punished by EUFA upon the match-fixing claims at the international arena. Again our national sportsmen are punished in the international competition due to the doping. Besides, it is determined that wrestling champion doped in the historical Kırkpınar wrestling competitions. In addition to them, the claims about the influential contact are social events mentioned frequently especially for the examinations which are carried out with an oral interview.  At first, literature review was made within the scope of the Research and it was attempted to put forth the reasons related to the occurrence of these four important problems.  Then, academic studies carried out on these problems were examined. According to the findings obtained, it is concluded that sufficient steps are not taken on the matter of settlement of match- fixing, cheating, doping and influential contact issues and that sufficient number of research study relating to the occurrence of these problems is not carried out. According to the results of the research, it is envisaged that these current problems concerning our educators, politicians, schools, families and many common ground throughout the country will repeat in the years ahead.

 

Bu araştırmanın amacı, günümüzde ülkemiz gündemine sıklıkla gelen şike, kopya, torpil ve doping konuları üzerine bir inceleme ve değerlendirme yapmaktır. “Kamu Personeli, Seçme Sınavı, Avukatlar İçin Adli Yargı Hâkim ve Savcı Adaylığı Yarışma Sınavı, Polis Meslek Yüksek Okulu Sınavı” kopya iddiaları üzerine iptal edilen sınavlar arasındadır. İki futbol takımımız uluslararası arenada şike iddiaları üzerine UEFA tarafından cezalandırılmıştır. Ayrıca tarihi Kırkpınar Güreşleri’nde başpehlivanda doping olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre şike, kopya, doping ve torpil konularının çözümü konusunda yeterli adımların atılmadığı ve bu sorunların ortaya çıkışı ile ilgili yeterince araştırmanın yapılmadığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, eğitimcilerimizi, siyasetçilerimizi, okullarımızı, aileleri ve ülke genelinde pek çok ortak paydaşı ilgilendiren bu güncel sorunların önümüzdeki yıllarda yeniden karşımıza çıkacağı öngörülmektedir.
