 الملخص : 
عرفت الجزائر في الفترة الممتدة من 1919 إلى 1939 نشاطا سياسيا شاركت فيه النخبة الجزائرية من مختلف التنظيمات الجمعوية المنتسبة الى الشبان الجزائريين بتياريها الليبرالي  والمحافظ، ثم جماعة فيدرالية المنتخبين الجزائريين، جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين ونجم شمال إفريقيا. وإلى جانب هؤلاء كانت جماعة أخرى من النخبة الجزائرية المفرنسة و المحسوبة على النخبة الاندماجية، وهي جمعية المعلمين الجزائريين "الأهالي"  Association des instituteurs d’origine indigenes، التي دخلت المجال السياسي في الفترة الممتدة من 1922 إلى 1939، وهي الفترة التي عرفت فيها الساحة السياسية الجزائرية جدال كبيرا حول العديد من القضايا، التي تهم المجتمع الجزائري.  وأثنائها بدأت مجلة صوت المتواضعين La voix des humbles الناطقة بلسان حال الجمعية تخوض  في العديد من المواضيع، وأبدت رأيها من خلال المقالات التي كتبها المنتسبون  والمحسبون على التوجهات الاندماجية لجمعية المعلمين الجزائريين " الأهالي".
Abstract: 
            During the period from 1919 to 1939, Algeria was known for political activity in which the Algerian elite participated in the various association organizations affiliated with the Algerian youth with its liberal and conservative currents, then the Algerian elected federation group, the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars and the North African Star. In addition to these, there was another group of the french elite, affiliated to the assimilationist elite, The association of teachers of Algerian “indigenous”, which entered the political field in the period from 1922 to 1939, which is the period in which the arena was known Algerian political debate a great deal on many issues of concern to Algerian society.
 During that time, the voice of the humble  magazine, the mouthpiece of teachers of Algérian  “indigenous” , began to delve into many topics, and issues. And she expressed her opinion through the articles written by the affiliates and those who are counted on the integrative tendencies of the Teachers Association of Algerian “ indigenous ”.
