Abstract:

the issue of the elite is considered one of the topics that has received the attention of thinkers and academics, whether in the field of social or political sciences. The elite as a concept means that selected and selected group that takes the locomotive position in society. The presence of the elite is natural in human society, as it is the leading body, the thinker, and the one who directs the processes of transformation and movements of influence in society. Society, and it is striking that if the elite of society went into crisis, it would have a negative impact on society, and then unhealthy alternatives would emerge from trends and ideas that cannot be controlled. Therefore, it was necessary for the various elites to engage in direct influence in creating the cultural reality, by attracting more educated youth to achieve advancement. A continuous intellectual who does not depart from his past and the foundations of his thought, and for the elite to approach the street, and delve into the spiritual and intellectual heritage in which it believes; to understand its intellectual frameworks first, and to seek the path to its renaissance in a way that suits it secondly, otherwise we will remain subject to dependency and the tyranny of exclusion at all times.
Indeed, the absence of the intellectual elite in our society constitutes a kind of intellectual and civilizational crisis, which is necessarily reflected in the change and renewal movement of society itself, as this elite is supposed to It plays its pioneering role, within the political, social, economic, and cultural system, each according to its specialization. Indeed, it should have the authority to make important and crucial decisions for the country, or influence their formulation at the very least. There are many types of elites in society, according to the multiplicity of areas of life. There are the political elite, the intellectual elite, and the scientific and professional elites, and others. However, the most well-studied and paid-for types of elites are: the political elite and the intellectual elite. This may be due to the fact that these two types of elites have the most influence on the components of society and bring about change in it. Our focus in this article will be on the intellectual elite .
