 تهدف هذه الدراسة، إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع القيادة التحويلية، كتوجه معاصر لإدارة الأعمال الناجحة بإحدى المؤسسات الجزائرية الناشئة، وذلك من خلال استقصاء رؤية المبحوثين بمؤسسة (IMTB) لمختلف أشغال البناء بسكيكدة، حول مدى تمتع قادتهم بسلوكيات القيادة التحويلية من عدمها
ولهذا الغرض، فقد اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تــــم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للبحث، وقد تم توزيعها على عينة قوامها 50 موظف، وبعـد جمع البيانات وتحليلها بواسطة البرنامـج الإحصائيSPSS(v20)، فقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها أنّ درجـة توافـر سلوكيات القيادة التحــويلية بأبعادها المختلفة (التأثير المثالي، الدفع الإلهامي، التحفيز الفكري، الاهتمام الفردي، التمكين)، كانت جميعها مرتفعة لدى القادة الإداريين، عند مستوى الدلالة005، وقد كانت مرتبة وفقا لأهميتها النسبية حسب تقديرات أفراد العينة كما يلي: التحفيز الفكـري في المرتبة الأولى، يليه سلوك الدفع الإلهامي في المرتبة الثانية، أما سلوك التمكين فقد احتل المرتبة الثالثة، بينما احتل سلوك الاهتمام الفردي المرتبة الرابعة، في حين احتل سلوك التأثير المثالي المرتبة الخامسة
This Study aims to shed light on the topic of Transformational Leadership; as a contemporary orientation for successful business management, Through questioning a sample of workers in IMTB enterprise for construction works in Skikda , On whether or not their leaders enjoyed transformative leadership behaviors
For this purpose, The researchers relied on the descriptive and analytical method Where a questionnaire was distributed as the main research tool; On a sample of 50 employees, after data collection and analysis by the statistical program SPSS ( v20 )The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is that the degree of availability of transformational leadership behaviors in its various dimensions (Idealized Influence, Inspirational motivation, Intellectual stimulation, Individual consideration, Empowerment); were all high, at the administrative leaders, at the level of 005 , It was arranged according to its relative importance according to the answers of the sample members as follows: Intellectual stimulation behavior came in first place, followed by Inspirational motivation behavior in the second place, and Empowerment behavior ranked third, while individual consideration behavior ranked fourth, and Idealized Influence behavior ranked Fifth.
