 The study aimed to examine teachers opinions on the instrument lesson exams conducted as a committee in fine arts high schools. In the study, it was aimed to determine the efficiency of the instrument exams carried out as a committee and the problems experienced in these exams. A case study, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The study group consists of a total of 8 instrument teachers who teach violin, cello, guitar, baglama, ud, kanun and flute at Konya Çimento Fine Arts High School. The data were collected with a semi- structured interview form consisting of 9 open-ended questions prepared by the researcher. The content validity of the questions in the interview form was ensured by the expert opinion of two faculty members in the universitys music education field. The qualitative data obtained were analyzed by thematic content analysis. As a result of the study, the themes of the efficiency and problems of the committee exam were separated and evaluated under categories and codes. The theme of the efficiency of the committee exam was examined under the categories of efficiency for students, efficiency for teachers and efficiency of conducting committeeindividual exams. The theme of problems encountered in conducting fine arts high school instrument education exams as a committee was analyzed through the categories of time management, assessment and evaluation, and self-discipline issues. Although there were differences of opinion among the participants in the study, based on the opinions of most of the participants, it was concluded that conducting fine arts high school instrument lessons exams as a commission is more efficient than individual instrument exams.

 Araştırmada güzel sanatlar liselerinde çalgı dersi sınavlarının komisyon olarak yapılması konusundaki öğretmen görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada komisyon olarak yapılan çalgı sınavlarının verimlilik durumu ve bu sınavlarda yaşanan sorunlar tespit edilmek istenmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Konya Çimento Güzel Sanatlar Lisesinde görev yapmakta olan keman, çello, gitar, bağlama, ud, kanun, flüt çalgılarının öğretimini yapan toplamda 8 çalgı öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanmış açık uçlu 9 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Görüşme formundaki soruların kapsam geçerliği müzik eğitimi alanında üniversitede iki öğretim üyesinin uzman görüşü ile sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen nitel verilerin tematik içerik analizi ile analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda komisyon sınavının verimlilikleri ve sorunları temaları kategori ve kodlarla ayrılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Komisyon sınavının verimlilikleri teması öğrenciler açısından verimlilikleri, öğretmenler açısından verimlilikleri, komisyonbireysel sınav yapma verimlilikleri kategorileri ile ele alınmıştır. Güzel sanatlar lisesi çalgı eğitimi dersi sınavlarının komisyon olarak yapılmasında yaşanan sorunlar teması ise zaman yönetimi, ölçme-değerlendirme ve öz disiplin problemleri kategorileri ile incelenmiştir. Araştırmada katılımcılarda görüş farklılıkları olmasına rağmen çoğunluğunun görüşlerine dayanarak güzel sanatlar lisesi çalgı eğitimi sınavlarının komisyon olarak yapılmasının bireysel çalgı sınavına göre daha verimli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
