 أصبحت قضية تمكين المرأة اليوم، من الموضوعات المحسومة على الصعيدين القاري والدولي. مع الأخذ في الإعتبار التحديات المبلغ عنها التي تواجهها النساء، ولهذا تسعى المبادرات الحكومية والمحلية إلى إيجاد طرق لتمكين المرأة حتى يمكن أن تصبح عوامل تغيير إيجابية.
 ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عرض وتقييم جهود الدولة الجزائرية في التمكين الإجتماعي، الإقتصادي والسياسي للمرأة، فالجزائر عملت وفي ضوء ممارستها لكل صلاحياتها وقدراتها، على جعل المرأة شريكا لا غنى عنه في العملية التنموية ككل، إذ أشارت الأبحاث المتداولة إلى أن الجهود المبذولة حققت فوائد عديدة للمرأة، بما في ذلك تحسين الرفاهية، وتعزيز الشعور بالذات والفعالية الذاتية والمكاسب الإقتصادية. وسعت إلى رفع التمييز ضدها في الأجر وحتى في الفرص الإقتصادية، ودعمت ذلك بتغيير التشريعات والقوانين، بما يسمح بإتاحة الفرصة للمرأة للوصول إلى مراكز صنع القرار.

The issue of women's empowerment has become a settled issue at the continental and international levels. Taking into account the reported challenges faced by women, and for this reason, government and local initiatives seek to find ways to empower women so that they can become positive agents of change.
From this standpoint, this research paper aims to present and evaluate the efforts of the Algerian state in the social, economic and political empowerment of women, as Algeria has worked, in the light of exercising all of its powers and capabilities, to make women an indispensable partner in the development process as a whole, as the current research indicated that the efforts made It has achieved many benefits for women, including improving well-being, enhancing self-efficacy, self-efficacy, and economic gains. It sought to raise discrimination against it in remuneration and even in economic opportunities, and it supported that by changing legislation and laws, allowing women to have access to decision-making positions.
