Abstract:

"This research aims to collect what Al-Zubaidi learned about Al-Khalil in the book Al-Ain of materials, structures and linguistic uses (Bab Al-Qaf as a model), in order to document them, classify them, show the extent of their process and circulation in the Arabic lexicon, and determine their linguistic value. Among the most important results: Al-Zubaidi had a method in abbreviating the Book of Al-Ain, so he was not satisfied with shortening its phrases and focusing its structures, but went beyond that to adding to it in linguistic materials, adding many uses, meanings and structures that were not in the printed eye, and supplementing some of the deficiencies that he encountered. -We can ascribe some of these additions to this enormous linguistic balance of the author of the manual, his perseverance, and the difference in the manuscript copies of the al-Ayn. - Al-Zubaidi never stated a substance, use or meaning that he made it up to the eye, or moved it from its place. -The number of linguistic chapters that al-Zubaidi reconsidered on Al-Khalil, and the book Al-Ain printed in Bab Al-Qaf did not include four chapters, they are, in order: {Bab Al-Qaf, Al-Jim and Al-Seen,{Bab Al-Qaf, Al-Jim and Al-Lam,{Bab Al-Qaf, Al-Jim and Al-Ba', and{Bab Al-Qaf The humiliation and the meme. - The number of linguistic materials that Al-Zubaidi reclaimed on Hebron, and the book Al-Ain printed in Bab Al-Qaf was empty of twenty-eight linguistic materials, distributed into four chapters -: (A) The chapter on the right triad, and the number of its articles: thirteen: (Jassq), (Jalaq), (Qabej), (Shaqn), (Sqn), (Tasq), (Qatl), (Taqd), (shriek, (B) The section of the sick triple, and the number of its articles: three linguistic subjects, namely: (Ashq), (qab), (yesq). (C) Bab al-Rubai, and the number of its articles reached eleven articles: (Janbak), (Qanshhar), (Barshaq), (Qanfash), (Damqas), (Sandaq), (Zerdaq), (Zabak), (Kandaq)., (Naqhl), (Qarqab). (D) The fifth chapter, and the number of its articles is one, namely: (Zarmanq). As for the number of combinations, uses, and meanings that are intelligible, they are more than can be counted. The research came in seven sections preceded by an introduction and preface, followed by a conclusion and indexes. The lexical and critical studies conducted around it, the second topic: a balance and comparison between the book of Al-Ain and the summary of Al-Ain, the third topic: Al-Zubaidi's approach in its abbreviation, Al-Ain book, the fourth topic: Al-Zubaidi's approach in arranging its brief materials, and the fifth topic: what Al-Zubaidi reclaimed on Al-Khalil of materials Linguistically, and the sixth topic: what Al-Zubaidi made up for in terms of words, uses and meanings, and the seventh topic: redressing by transferring some materials from one place to another.".
