 ان التوسع العلمي والتقدم التكنولوجي الذي شهدته اللسانيات النصية عجل بخلق نوعا من الغموض والالتباس على مستوى المفاهيم والمصطلحات، فقد تلقى الباحثون هذا العلم بغرض التكامل المعرفي المبني على المثاقفة وحركية الترجمة، إلا أن الباحث في هذا المجال المعرفي يلحظ زخما كبيرا من المقابلات العربية للمصطلح الأجنبي الوافد، إن طبيعة التحليلات التي صاغتها هذه الدراسة تخضع لما تفرضه طبيعة الاشكالية من تصورات ومفاهيم، وعليه تنحو الدراسة – في بعض المواضع – منحى نقدياً يتجاوز مجرّد العرض والتحليل، ليشخص مواضع الخلل والقصور، وذلك من خلال رافدين أساسيين من روافد المصطلح العلمي هما: الترجمة والتأصيل،كما تقترح الدراسة سبلا لتجاوز التضارب الموجود بين الدارسين، بغية سدّ الثغرات المصطلحيّة التى شخصّت على اللسانيات النصية حكرا من الزمن.
 The scientific progress witnessed by textual linguistics hastened the creation of ambiguity and confusion at the level of terminology. The rapid development of text linguistics in the modern age pushed the field to rely on a unique terminology system that is functionally-based on a set of scaffolds. This acceleration brought about a crisis of terms and concepts. Arab researchers acquired this discipline with the purpose of achieving cognitive integration that is based on linguistic acculturation.
 Researchers in the field are noticing an influx of Arabic terms.The nature of the analyzes imposed by the nature of the problem, and accordingly the study takes a critical approach that goes beyond mere presentation and analysis. Our study is based on two principles: Translation and etymology, and attempts to identify the causes of term disarray, as well as suggest solutions for standardization.
