 الملخص:
	بالنظر الى ما تكتسيه الطفولة الجانحة من اهمية، فقد كرس المشرع الجزائري قضاء خاص بالأحداث ، يتولى مهمة النظر و الفصل في القضايا المتعلقة بالأحداث  مع افراد قواعد اجرائية خاصة بهم يحظى من خلالها الأحداث الجانحين بمعاملة خاصة عن البالغين أثناء المحاكمة لأن الحدث الجانح عادة ما يكون ضحية لظروف اجتماعية ونفسية دفعته لأن يكون جانحا،  و باعتبار أن محكمة الأحداث  هيئة اجتماعية قانونية غايتها حماية الأحداث من الانحراف وتقويمهم فان المشرع الجزائري ومن خلال القانون 15/12 المتعلق بحماية الطفل، أقر ضمانات لحمايتهم وصيانة كرامتهم وتسيير الجلسة وفق اجراءات خاصة تختلف عن الاجراءات الخاصة بمحاكمة البالغين.
Abstract:

Given the importance of childhood delinquents, the Algerian legislator has dedicated a juvenile judiciary, which undertakes the task of considering and adjudicating cases related to juveniles with members of their own procedural rules through which juvenile delinquents receive special treatment over adults during the trial because the juvenile delinquent is usually a victim Because of social and psychological conditions that prompted him to be a delinquent, and considering that the Juvenile Court is a legal social body whose purpose is to protect juveniles from delinquency and correct them, the Algerian legislator, through Law 15/12 relating to the protection of the child, established guarantees to protect them and preserve their dignity and conduct the session according to special procedures that differ from the procedures for the trial of adults .
