Abstract:

Jesus Christ is the leading figure whose birth, death, and also advent
were discussed most throughout the history of thought. No other person’s birth
was discussed as much as his, and this is the case for his death as well. When
different beliefs of mahdi or messiah in various cultures
examined, he comes the first who was most thought that return to the earth
again. All the Christians and vast majority Muslims accept Jesus as the one who
will descend to the earth again.

Since this study aims to elaborate on the
ascension and the declension of the Jesus Christ we will deal with the
arguments about his birth. As for his ascension, all the Christians accept that
he was ascended to the thrones after his death, according to existing verses of
the Bible. There is not any Muslim who do not accept this ascension, which is
revealed by Qur’an, as well. However, Muslims are divided into two regarding
the issue that whether he was ascended after the death or he was ascended as he
was alive. Both camps have certain proofs from the Qur’an and the prophetic
traditions (sunnah), and they also have some rational arguments. In this
study, all of these arguments will be addressed and analyzed under separate
sub-sections and a conclusion will be attempted to arrive at.

Hz.

Kur’an tarafından haber
