Abstract:

Abstract :
The political system has been associated with the stages of the establishment and modification of constitutions that shaped the principles of society, the values of the November Revolution and the principles of Islamic law, But the organization of the authorities and the distribution of competences have been marred by many shortcomings, It also resulted in imbalances in legal and regulatory texts, which in turn led to the violation of the law, even by adapting it, and facilitated the commission of irregularities and corruptions that affected the conduct of public affairs and public finances.
After the unsustainable constitution of 1963, the embrace of the socialist system required its embodiment in an appropriate constitution, the 1976 Constitution, including the election of the president of one color and a single political party, and then the October 1988 movement led to the production of a pluralistic constitution in 1989 that did not achieve popular aspirations, and ... To the 1996 Constitution, which was subject to personalized amendments, particularly in the organization of powers and the launch of presidential covenants... It led to the perpetuation of corruption, the looting of public money, the impoverishment of the people and the exposure of the country to dangers, and they decided to confront the aggressors together in order to protect the nation and maintain the unity of the state by eliminating corruption and spoilers, and to establish a algeria after February 22, 2019 free Algeria and a free people.
