 شهد القطاع الخاص في اقتصاديات دول العالم اهتماما متزايدا باعتباره بديلا هاما، حيث أصبح هذا القطاع ركيزة أساسية في مسار التنمية الاقتصادية بكل أبعادها، وعلى غرار هذه الدول اتجهت الجزائر نحو تشجيع هذا القطاع خاصة بعد فشل النظام الاشتراكي القائم على المؤسسات العمومية وانفتاح أسواقها على المنافسة الخارجية، وهذا ما تعكسه جملة الإصلاحات التي تتابعت لتعطي هذا القطاع حقه في لعب دور تنموي. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع القطاع الخاص في الجزائر وتطوره والدور الكبير الذي يلعبه في تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر، ليظهر هذا الدور جليا في الإحصائيات التي تبينها جملة التقارير والأبحاث التي سنعتمد عليها في تحليلنا لهذه الدراسة.
The private sector in the economies of the world has seen increased interest as an important alternative, as this sector has become a fundamental pillar in the course of economic development in all its dimensions, and like these countries Algeria has tended to encourage this sector, especially after the failure of the socialist system based on public institutions. The opening of their markets to external competition is reflected in the number of reforms that have been pursued to give the sector the right to play a developmental role. This study aims to highlight the reality of the private sector in Algeria and its development and the significant role it plays in achieving the economic development goals in Algeria, so that this role is evident in the statistics shown by the number of reports and research esa that we will rely on in our analysis of this study.
