Abstract:

We seek through this intervention to open a serious theoretical debate on the traditional theoretical frameworks within which the modern Western state was founded within its natural evolutionary context, which has been central to the contents developed by the theoretical approaches that were founded within the logic of the social contract. Which has become an option on the patterns of other countries outside the sphere of Western political, within the logic of overcoming the historical gaps between the pattern of the Western state and its counterparts from the other types of countries that are still unable to catch up, Subht is based primarily on the contents of the reform and the rebuilding of the state within the requirements of national security and development. This is the debate in which we seek to explain the state of contradiction that this type of state has become at all levels and at the international and state levels, as countries that are the product of colonization and not the product of society. The old colonial legacy, which is burdened with many social, economic and political problems in these countries Especially the African ones, the emergence of many crises associated with the basis of multi-ethnic and ethnic communities, the unfair distribution of wealth, and the legitimacy of governance, all these crises that accompanied the first steps to build a modern state in Africa, and continued to coincide with him The situation that has become more dangerous with the intensification of penetrations and external interventions that have been justified in light of the sovereign weakness of the latter, which has had a large direct impact in the failure of the state project within This is the political field, as happened in Somalia, Mali and Libya.
