This research aims at clarifying certain types of objectives and their multiple considerations; considering their place of issuance, their implied objectives in the creation, their priority, their relevance to the nation collectively or individually and their relationship to the general or specific purposes of legislation as well as their universality. The research follows the approach of incomplete induction which relies on observing the particles which would help researchers develop theories and general provisions. In addition, the research has applied the descriptive approach since a great deal of academic research relies on demonstration and comparative analysis. The research also utilizes the deductive approach. The research concludes with the most outstanding findings. For example, the legitimate objectives, considering their place of issuance, can be divided into two types; the first signifies the objectives of the legislator whereas the second concerns the objectives of the responsible. Achieving the authoritative objectives of the Islamic Sharia relies on some important matters such as preventing hardships, embarrassment, distress or anything that may distract people from performing their transactions or acts of worship. Moreover, the legitimate objectives, regarding their implied objectives in the creation, are classified into three divisions including necessities, needs, supplements and completions. Finally, the legitimate objectives, regarding their relevance to the nation collectively or individually and their relationship to the general or specific purposes of legislation as well as their universality, can be divided into three types; the general objectives, the specific objectives and the partial objectives.
